Overview

概述

This three-stage programme is unique and specifically designed for the Chinese market.

这个三个阶段的项目是专为中国市场设计的。

It will enable students working in HR or starting their career in OD to understand the “whats”, the “whys” and the “hows” of OD.

这个项目将会帮助在人力资源部门工作的或刚开始职业生涯的学习者,去理解OD的本质、原因和方法。

The Foundation Module gives students the basic knowledge necessary to understand the fundamental elements of OD

基础模块为学习者提供理解OD的基本要素所必需的基本知识

The Intermediate Module provides the students with a deep understanding of the tools necessary to intervene in Change Management projects

中级模块帮助学习者更深入理解在干预变更管理项目中所需工具

The Advanced Module allows students to consider the practical implications of the previous two modules

高级模模块帮助学习者理解前两个模块的实际含义

Although it is not an academic, theoretical course, it will give students the necessary tools and models to apply OD in their current and future professional roles. These tools and models will be enhanced by Ian Barber’s decades of experience as an OD practitioner.

Successful students will receive a Certificate from HEPTA.es, the Spanish branch of a European Network of OD Professionals
